A working machine shop, not a portal.

Enex opened its doors in Malaga in 2020. When you send drawings here they go straight to an engineer with hours on the same machines that will cut your part. There is no quoting team that re-quotes the shop, no broker that re-brokers a workshop in Adelaide. We will tell you on day one whether the geometry is doable, what material we'd specify, and what the lead time will actually be.

If the part can't be machined economically, we'll say so before you commit. If a different process (cast then machine, EDM-and-grind) would be better, we'll suggest it.

The goal is the part you need to function, made fast, made right the first time.

Things buyers ask before sending drawings.

How fast is a quote?

24-48 hours for most jobs. Most are returned the same day if drawings arrive before noon AWST. Send STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, or even a hand sketch — everything's accepted.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Single prototypes through to production runs of 5,000+ run on the same shop floor. We quote one part the same way we quote ten thousand.

What materials do you work with?

4140 PG bar (heat-treated), 4140 hollow bar (E470), 316 and 304 stainless, bronze C932 and C954, brass C360, aluminium 6061 and 7075, mild steel. Material is sourced per job from Perth distributors — typically 1-5 working days.

Can you reverse-engineer a worn part?

Yes — that's a core service. Send the worn part or photos with measurements. We measure, model in CAD, and machine the replacement. Typical turnaround 5-10 working days.

Where do you deliver?

Daily Perth metro courier. Weekly direct freight to Karratha, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton, Adelaide and Darwin. On-demand to remote mine sites and contractor yards Australia-wide.
