A bush is the sacrificial wear surface between a pin and its housing - it is designed to wear in place of the expensive parts around it. It locates the radius rod that keeps the axle square to the trailer. As it wears it goes oval and the joint develops play. EE052 restores the original bore so the pin runs true again. A worn bush shows up as play and knocking in the joint, a pin that has started to score, grease that won't hold, and movement you can feel when you lever the components. Replacing a cheap bush early protects the pin and the housing bore - leave it and you're machining or replacing far dearer parts.

Made from PRUBBER - tough polyurethane that absorbs shock and rebounds without tearing, and shrugs off oil and abrasion far better than natural rubber.
