// 01 — How it works

From a worn part to a direct-fit replacement

No part number, no drawing, no problem. The original part is all we need to remake it.

Send the worn part

Post it in, or send clear photos with key measurements. Even a seized, cracked or half-worn part is enough to work from.

We measure & model

Calipers, micrometers and CAD. We capture every dimension and confirm the material grade and any wear improvements.

Machined to spec

Turned, milled or wire-cut in Malaga to original-equipment dimensions. Mill certs supplied on request.

Fitted & back on the road

Dispatched direct to you or your workshop. Daily Perth metro courier, weekly freight to the regions.

// 02 — What we remake

The parts that get discontinued first

Wear parts on older and imported trailers are usually the first to go out of supply. These are our bread and butter.

Pins

Suspension, radius-rod, king, hanger and rocker pins in 4140 PG bar, heat-treated to spec.

Bushings

Hub, rocker, bell-crank and trunnion bushes in bronze, nylon and Euronorm grades.

Shafts & sleeves

Axle shafts, spacers, sleeves and spigots turned to OE fit.

Top hats & wear parts

Top-hat sets, washers, rollers and bump stops — the bits no one stocks anymore.

// 03 — Made right

Same fit. Often a better part.

A discontinued part is a chance to fix what wore out early. We match the original dimensions for a direct fit, but we'll flag where a better material grade, a harder heat treatment or an added grease groove would make the replacement last longer than the original.

Every job can carry an EN 10204 type 3.1 material certificate. Material grades and heat numbers traceable for the life of the part.

// 04 — FAQ

Before you send the part

Can you make a part the manufacturer no longer supplies?

Yes — it's one of our core jobs. Send the worn part or photos with measurements. We measure it, model it in CAD and machine a direct-fit replacement, including parts the original manufacturer has discontinued. Typical turnaround 5-10 working days from sample arrival.

I don't have a drawing — can you still make it?

No drawing needed. Send the worn part or clear photos with key measurements and we'll reverse-engineer it. We measure with calipers, micrometers and hand tools, model it in CAD, then machine the replacement.

Will the replacement fit like the original?

Yes — parts are machined direct to the original-equipment dimensions for a direct fit, in the correct material grade. For wear parts we can match or improve on the original specification.

How long does a discontinued part take?

A quote comes back in 24-48 hours. Once approved, most reverse-engineered parts are machined and dispatched within 5-10 working days from when the sample arrives.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. Daily Perth metro courier, weekly direct freight to Karratha, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie and Geraldton, and Australia-wide despatch on request.
