Quotes are returned by an engineer who's spent hours on the same machines that will run your part. No portals, no auto-pricing, no quote-to-shop translation lag. Most enquiries are turned around the same day if drawings arrive before noon AWST.
Drawings land directly with an engineer. Geometry, materials and tolerances assessed. We'll email back if anything's unclear before quoting.
Fixed price, lead time, material certs and process notes. If a different process or material would deliver the same function for less, we'll suggest it.
Programmed, set up and machined in Malaga. Production-run parts go through a first-article inspection before the rest of the batch runs.
Dimensional report and material certs supplied. Daily Perth metro courier. Weekly direct freight to Karratha, Port Hedland, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton.
Most quotes are returned within 24-48 hours. Drawings received before noon AWST are usually quoted same day. If your job is more involved (multi-part assembly, complex programming) we'll email back within a few hours to acknowledge and confirm timing.
Yes. The quote is the price. The only times the figure changes is if the customer changes the spec, the drawing has missing information that surfaces during programming, or a material price moves materially between quote and order — and in those cases we'll come back to you before machining anything.
For straightforward parts and reverse-engineering work, yes — send the worn part or photos with measurements. For tight-tolerance or safety-critical parts we'd usually create a drawing as part of the job and send it back to you for sign-off before machining.
Yes. There's no minimum order. A one-off prototype runs through the same shop as a 5,000-part production batch.
Yes — by appointment. Email or call to arrange. Many production customers do an initial visit before placing the first order.
